We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Vitalexi shoes must be unworn (except for a gentle test fit) to be returned/exchanged.

If for any reason you want to exchange or refund your Vitalexi shoes (less the cost of shipping), you may do so within 30 days of receiving your pair as long as they have not been worn except for an initial indoor test wear.

We do not provide return shipping labels for exchanges or refunds.
